Conference Exhibitor Application  

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2025 Minnesota Commercial Tobacco Prevention and Control Conference April 7-8, 2025 in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The theme for the conference is “Resilient Together: Adapting to the Evolving Landscape of Commercial Tobacco.”  

By participating in this conference, you will have the opportunity to connect and network with our estimated 300 in-person conference attendees–leaders and decision makers in state, local, and tribal public health from across Minnesota.  

Exhibiting organizations are welcome and encouraged to participate in the entirety of the conference as there will be many opportunities for connection with attendees both formal and informal throughout the conference.  

We will have designated time throughout our agenda during which attendees will be encouraged to visit the vendor exhibits. Specifics on the agenda will be provided closer to the conference.  

A selection committee will be reviewing applications and confirming exhibitor spots on a rolling basis, so don’t miss your chance to participate at the level you desire.  All applicants will be notified of the selection committee’s decision and will be sent further instructions on payment, registration, and lodging at the conference.  

Exhibit tables may be set up beginning late-afternoon Sunday April 6. Exhibit space must be cleared by early afternoon on Tuesday, April 8. We will provide more timing details on set-up and teardown closer to the conference.
