Scholarship Application to attend the North Carolina Adolescent Health Spring Summit

Thank you for your interest in attending the North Carolina Adolescent Health Spring Summit! Scholarships are available to support youth-serving organizations and professionals who live or work in Tier 1 counties. Scholarships cover the summit registration fees and provide a valuable opportunity to recharge, connect with like-minded professionals, and gain new tools to better serve the young people in your community.

Instructions for Completing the Application:

Complete All Required Fields: Fill out the application form below with accurate and detailed information.
Submit Before the Deadline: Ensure your application is submitted by February 21, 2025. Selected applicants will be notified by March 3, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.
