Using Psychometrics in Digital Coaching

The aim of this research is to assess use of digital coaching tools and psychometrics in coaching, from a provider, practitioner, and participant perspective. The survey typically takes around 8 minutes to complete, though some respondents choose to take longer to provide more context and examples.

In short, digital coaching tools can range from simple communication software used in a coaching context (e.g. slack, teams) all the way to full-scale coaching platforms with goal-setting, progress-tracking, resources etc.
