ECI’s HQP Assessment - Condensed Version

The results from this assessment will help your organization gain insight into its ethics and compliance (E&C) efforts by providing your organization's score for each of the five HQP Principles shown below. In addition, your organization's score will be compared against a benchmark of other companies that have taken the Condensed Version of the assessment. You will also learn the maturity score for each of the five principles.

Why Should I Take This Assessment?

NAVEX is offering its customers the opportunity to take this assessment to help: 
  • provide insight into your E&C program’s design and implementation,
  • prioritize areas of strength and improvement for your E&C strategic initiatives and
  • determine how to better allocate limited resources.
After you take the assessment, you will receive the results from ECI directly. 

Please note: The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Incomplete assessments cannot be compiled into a report. To receive a report of your results from ECI, you must submit a completed assessment.    

Important Definitions 

Throughout the assessment, the following terms will be used:    
 
• “E&C” refers to “Ethics & Compliance.”  
C-Suite leadership/leaders refers to executive leadership at the highest levels of your organization (CEO/President and including the CFO, CECO, CHRO, etc.).  
Senior leadership refers to those individuals across all business units who report to the C-Suite, and to whom middle managers report. In smaller organizations, C-Suite and senior leadership, and senior leaders and leaders, may be synonymous. 
Leaders refers to any employee with direct reports (i.e., managers and supervisors). 
Organization refers to the enterprise as a whole across all locations and operations. 
Misconduct refers to behavior that violates your organization’s ethics standards, organizational policy or the law.   
E&C function refers to the entity that carries out the E&C program. 
E&C staff refers to the personnel who are part of the E&C team.     

Privacy

How are the customer responses handled in terms of the information disclosed?

ECI maintains the HQP assessment on a secure data platform. All raw data will be processed by the ECI research team, and any identifiers are immediately stripped away during the processing phase. No one else will see or have access to the provided information. The only shared information is the final report that is delivered back to the individual who completed the assessment and their NAVEX representative who will review it with them. They do not have to disclose that they took the assessment to anyone unless they choose to do so.
