Park County is home to many unique features that affect the pattern and type of development. The County understands that development regulations and standards should be specific to the uniqueness of the different Planning Areas. As part of the Park County Development Standards and Regulations (DSR) Update, the County is seeking feedback on which specific uses should be allowed and what standards should apply to different areas in the County.
Please respond to the following questions through the lens of the specific Planning Area you live and/or own land in. For example: Which uses are appropriate in this planning area? What types of development standards should be applied to future development? Please note that the questions do not include an exhaustive list of uses but rather those that need the most feedback from the community.
If you would like to provide input for properties you own in different planning areas, you will need to submit separate questionnaires for each planning area response.
