As part of its continuing call for member engagement through volunteerism, your Academy is officially seeking nominations for AAPM&R Board of Governors positions* and encourages all members to consider these leadership opportunities:
- Vice President (2 years of previous service on the AAPM&R Board of Governors required)
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Member-at-Large
- Nominating Committee Member-at-Large (not a Board position, but it is an elected position)
*Not all positions open each year. Your Academy is continually collecting the names of potential leaders for all elected positions regardless of current terms. All recommendations submitted will be kept on file and reviewed as positions open. The AAPM&R Nominating Committee is charged with compiling a slate, posting it, and presenting it at the Annual Business Meeting which is scheduled to be held in conjunction with AAPM&R's 2025 Annual Assembly.
