Thank you for your interest in joining the Youth Leadership Council (YLC). The YLC is a group of energetic young people dedicated to exchanging ideas, expressing viewpoints, and leading initiatives in South Carolina to support adolescent reproductive health efforts.
Eligibility:
- 15-21 years old
- Live in the following South Carolina Counties (Barnwell, Darlington, or Richland)
- Interested in adolescent reproductive health or education and want to make an impact in your community
Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in virtual meetings/check ins monthly (with Holiday break)
- Maintain communication via follow-up email/text
- Complete end of cohort project
