Regarding training compliance, the Memorandum of Coverage (MOC), Section VII, Conditions, Article 1(F), requires all covered parties within ERMA to provide proof of substantial compliance with training requirements, as outlined in California Government Code § 12950.1. Substantial compliance is defined as having 90% of all employees and elected officials trained. These trainings consist of:
