The purpose of this short survey is to build further an understanding of the practices, needs, and perspectives of a range of employers when it comes to supporting the careers of young people ages 16-24, including those without a college degree. These insights will shape the priorities and strategies of the ASA Center for Career Navigation at JFF, ensuring that our work is grounded in the experiences of those who are best positioned to support the young people we aim to empower.

We ask for your name, email address, organization, and title to ensure we engage perspectives from various employers and facilitate voluntary follow-up engagement opportunities. No personal identifying information will be shared externally, and only the center’s team will have access to the individual-level information you provide in this survey. All responses will be reported in the aggregate and remain anonymous in the external report of survey results.
