2025 Investment Benchmarking Survey

ASAE and Fiducient Advisors are updating annual trend research on association investment policies and performance. Whether your investment reserves are small or large, having associations like yours represented in this dataset provides a more timely and accurate portrayal of current practices. Your participation is critical this year as we seek to understand how market shifts and operational challenges have affected association investments.

Before you begin:

• The survey includes questions about your organization’s long term investments of cash and securities in 2024.  Please gather information/statements on these investments before you start the survey.  You should have recently received 2024 statements from your provider.
• Please provide only accurate information and be sure that the person taking this survey is the person best able to provide accurate responses. You may forward this survey to a colleague who may be better suited to respond.  If you'd like your advisor to provide you the performance portions of the survey, ask them for this information .  
• Note that required questions include dollar amounts for total and long term reserves and net of fees annualized performance for long-term reserves. 

Organizations that submit a completed survey will receive a complimentary copy of the Association Investment Policies, Practices, and Performance report.  Your responses are confidential and will only be reported in aggregate.
