FSF Registration - Digitalisation in the Financial Services Sector (Glasgow)

Digitalisation in the Financial Services Sector - Glasgow

**Please Note that this event will be taking place in Glasgow!**

Digitalisation is a hot topic within the FS sector, from investing in IT and infrastructure to better serve customers and clients, through to utilising digital within your marketing mix, to reach a wider audience.

Statista estimates that globally companies will spend in excess of 2.8 trillion dollars on IT services in 2025 as they better equip themselves for an ever-changing landscape, which is driven mainly by customer expectations and an emphasis on centralising data.

On top of this, digital ad spend is at an all time high with 2023 figures showing that 78% of all ad spend was digital.

In this session hosted by BIG partnership we will cover 3 topics of conversation

  • Barriers and key entry points to digital transformation and the emergence of AI
  • A case study on how digital has transformed customer service within the FS sector
  • How companies can utilise digital for growth
