2025 SolarWinds UX Feedback SignUp

The User Experience (UX) group at SolarWinds is tasked with designing the user interfaces for new features and products, as well as revising features to make them more effective and efficient for our users.

As part of our job, we run a variety of user feedback exercises (including sessions, surveys, interviews, etc.) with users at all levels of experience to understand more about how to improve our products. Feedback sessions are usually conducted remotely using online conference software such as Microsoft Teams, and usually last 1 hour. Other activities (surveys, etc.) may require less time commitment.
Your feedback will be influencing the future of products you may use daily or weekly. As an extra ‘Thank you’, participants will receive THWACK®* points for their time.
