Gilliam Autism Rating Scale-4

Gilliam Autism Rating Scale-4

I am revising the Gilliam Autism Rating Scale.  The information gathered on this survey will be used in establishing the psychometric properties of the test.  Please join me in this research by rating a person of any age who has been "officially" identified as having Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Before rating the person on this survey, I need some information about the person you are rating and you.  This information is confidential and will not be accessible by anyone but James E. Gilliam, Ph.D.  All information will be entered into a database without any identifying information about you or the person being rated.  These unidentified data will be shared with my publisher (PRO-ED, Inc.) and their research team to assist with norming and publishing the revised version of the Gilliam Autism Rating Scale.  So, please answer these questions honestly with complete assurance of confidentiality and anonymity.

The survey takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete.  I apologize for its length.  As an incentive for completing it, I am offering to pay you $10.00 for each survey you complete.  You may complete as many surveys as you wish but do them on separate individuals.  If for any reason you want to stop taking this survey, you may stop, exit from this website, and be assured that the information you provided will not be recorded or available to anyone.

I sincerely appreciate your help with this research.  Your contribution will help improve our knowledge about persons with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
