Continuing Education Class Credit Approval Request

You could not find the class you took or plan to take from the "approved CE Class List" on AOC Website.
You are requesting the class you took/plan to take to be approved

2. Once completing the form, you need to check back in 4 weeks to see if the class has been approved and added to the list. Most classes get approved, and you need to verify it yourself by visiting the Approved CE Class List on our website. We DO NOT send any notification when the class is approved.

3. Next Step (Important): It is your responsibility to add the class to your CE profile.
Log onto your Web Profile and "add" the class to your personal CE compliance section. Having the requested class approved does NOT mean the class has been added to individual profile automatically. It is your responsibility to make this update on your profile.

The approval will take a minimum of 30 days from the date of your submission. Emailed request without filling out this form will not be accepted
