Suppliers Evaluation for Custodial Supplies Program

In December 2023, Focused Education launched the Custodial Supplies Program to provide our members with access to a wide range of custodial supplies and equipment from leading manufacturers and brands—all at competitive prices.

This program features three key suppliers:

• Bunzl
• Imperial Dade
• Staples Professional

We are conducting this survey to gather your feedback on the performance of these suppliers. Your input will help us monitor supplier performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure we continue to meet your needs effectively.

This survey will remain open throughout the entire term of the Custodial Supplies Master Agreement. Responses will be reviewed on a quarterly basis, and your feedback will be shared with the suppliers during our quarterly meetings.

The survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Your participation is greatly appreciated and plays a vital role in our continuous improvement efforts.
