2024-2025 PeDRA Members Survey

Your email address is asked to confirm membership status and prevent duplicate entries. However, all survey responses will be anonymous, and any survey data shared will be in aggregate form only.

Please consider doing this survey on a desktop computer. While possible to use a tablet or mobile device the user experience isn't ideal.

2. PeDRA Membership Level: *This question is required.
3. Are you interested in joining the PeDRA Survey Cohort in 2025? *This question is required.The cohort will be asked to complete a maximum of one survey per month. All surveys will be created by PeDRA members or partners and approved by the PeDRA Studies Committee before distribution. 
Three survey respondents will be selected at random to receive a free "swag bag" of PeDRA gifts and giveaways. To be eligible for the swag bag, respondents must:
1. Indicate their interest in being considered by answering "yes" to this question, which also acknowledges having read and understood these terms of eligibility
2. Be an Active, Affiliate, or Trainee Member of PeDRA in good standing for 2025
3. Be based in the United States, Canada, or Mexico 
4. Provide a shipping address to which a swag bag can be sent by USPS Priority Mail. 
5. Complete the 2024-25 Members Survey in its entirety before March 31, 2025 at 11:59PM PT. Free text response questions must include coherent responses relevant to the question being asked as determined by PeDRA staff. Questions and comment boxes marked as "(OPTIONAL)" do not need to be completed to be eligible.     
The swag bag drawing will take place after March 31, 2025, and winners will be notified no later than April 15, 2025. Winners will be asked to provide their preferred shipping address at that time.
