NC TECH Board Interest Form

Submit this form to be considered for a seat on NC TECH's Board of Directors.

The North Carolina Technology Association’s Board of Directors is the governing body for the organization.

There are up to 45 seats on the Board, divided into three staggered classes of up to 15 each. Terms are three years and are renewable upon re-nomination. At least 2/3 of the Director seats must be held by executives representing NC TECH Member companies from our “Technology Member” category.

Factors considered for nomination include but are not limited to geography, company/org type and size, and previous NC TECH engagement and support. Preferred candidates are the most senior executive in North Carolina (CEO of NC headquartered companies/orgs or top NC exec for companies/orgs headquartered elsewhere).

At our annual Outlook for Tech event, a slate is presented for election (this slate will include any renewing Directors, as well as new nominees to fill vacated seats). The Board of Directors may also fill vacancies over the course of the year.
