Pursuant to the Arapahoe County Public Records Policy and C.R.S. § 24-72-205, the current cost for research and retrieval is $41 per hour, with the first hour free. If a request is estimated to exceed one hour for all staff involved, the requester will be asked to pre‐pay all applicable fees prior to commencement of work.
