GWC Student Withdrawal Form

We're sorry to hear you won't be able to spend the summer with us, but we understand that sometimes circumstances change. Thank you for taking 2 minutes to formally withdraw your application.

This form should be used by students to do any of the following:

Withdraw an incomplete Summer Programs Application
Withdraw a completed Summer Programs Application
Withdraw a waitlisted Summer Programs Application

Additionally, this form can be used by accepted students to unenroll from a program after completing the registration process.

This allows us to open up your seat to an excited student on the waitlist
Please note that unenrollment is final
