The Workforce Development Board of Solano County is working to develop the 2025-2028 Local Workforce Plan and seeks community member, job seeker, employer, and workforce partner input for developing its strategic activities, programs, and services for the upcoming years. Each workforce development board completes a local plan as required by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and California's State Workforce Development Board (CWDB).
Additionally, your feedback will inform the development of a regional plan for the North Bay Employment Connection (NBEC) which supports collaboration and resource development across the Workforce Development Board of Solano County, the Sonoma County Workforce Investment Board, and the Workforce Alliance of the North Bay.
Survey responses will be kept confidential and will only be shared in a summary format to inform report work.
