Committee Interest Survey 2026

Complete the below survey if you are interested in serving on an ACPA committee, selection panel, or ad hoc committee/task force in 2026. Please note that due to limited space, we cannot guarantee committee placement for all survey respondents. ACPA will do its best to place as many interested respondents as possible while ensuring diversity as a whole.

Committee and selection panel members are appointed to serve a three-year term. All task force and ad hoc committee members are expected to serve until the completion of the assigned task.

With the exception of members from the public (i.e., family members, affected individuals), all members of ACPA committees are required to hold active membership with ACPA. Committee members who do not maintain their ACPA membership may be subject to removal from the committee.

Responses will be accepted throughout the year, however, please note that committee appointments occur in December of each year. Please submit interest by November 5, 2025 to be considered for a committee placement in 2026.

Committee members are expected to attend virtual meetings, respond to requests in a timely manner, and having a basic understanding of ACPA's Bylaws and Strategic Plan. With the exception of members from the public (i.e. family members), all committee members are required to be an ACPA member. *This question is required.
