Endorsed programs enrolment declaration form 2025

Schools and other Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) providers enrolling students in endorsed programs do so on the understanding that:

• the appropriate human and physical resources are available
• program delivery and assessment requirements are clear and understood
• students are provided with the opportunity to demonstrate achievement of the outcomes or requirements of the program
• evidence of learning will be collected and assessment records maintained
• accurate records of achievement will be maintained by the school.
