Fall 2024 Director of Growth Application

Beta Theta Pi Fraternity is seeking qualified candidates to serve as our Director of Growth. This position is responsible for:
  1. Overseeing the campus selection process, which includes the maintenance of information on campuses with future expansion potential, actively cultivating leads for campuses that might be good for Beta, and exploring opportunities completely to determine Beta's true prospects on that campus.
  2. Cultivating alumni relationships through alumni associations and local outreach as the Fraternity works to reestablish a chapter to provide long-term support for the undergraduate men.
  3. Managing and supervising Beta's Growth Department and overall member retention strategies, which includes providing input on or being responsible for departmental budgeting, staffing, priorities, planning, and assessment related to membership growth and retention.

    • Beta Theta Pi aims to grow its membership by 3% annually across new campus expansions, chapter recruitment, and member retention. Share how you would lead and provide vision to achieve this goal.
