Scholarship Eligibility
To be considered for a 2025 EDUCAUSE Scholarship, applications must be submitted by the deadlines listed below.
Please note: Scholarship awards cover event registration fees; additional support from your institution will be required for travel, lodging, etc.
DEADLINES (all deadlines are 5pm PT on date noted):
- NERCOMP Annual Conference (March 31-April 2, 2025) | Application Due Date February 28, 2025
- Cybersecurity and Privacy Professionals Conference: Professional Full Ride Scholarship (May 19-21, 2025) | Application Due Date March 19, 2025
- There is only 2 Professional Full Ride Scholarship available- all applicants will be entered into the review pool and if you are not selected for the Full Ride Scholarship, your application will be entered in the Conference Registration Scholarship pool. ***
- Scholarship Includes:
- Flat-rate travel stipend of $1,000 to assist with transportation and incidental expenses associated with attending the conference
- Complimentary hotel accommodations for three nights, starting May 19, 2025
- Complimentary registration to the in-person Cybersecurity and Privacy Professionals Conference in Baltimore, MD (May 19-21, 2025)
- Cybersecurity and Privacy Professionals Conference: Conference Registration Scholarship (May 19-21, 2025) | Application Due Date April 18, 2025
