Yarra Home Energy Upgrades Expression of Interest

About you

Please complete this form to express your interest in receiving a Yarra Home Energy Upgrades subsidy to make your home more comfortable in hot and cold weather, install solar, electrify, or improve energy efficiency.
To be eligible for this program, you must be a holder of an eligible concession or health care card living in the City of Yarra. 

Rental property owners and community housing providers can also apply on behalf of an eligible tenant.

If you are a rental provider, please seek your tenant's permission to share their contact details with us for the purpose of this project before beginning the expression of interest.

  • Veterans’ Affairs Pensioner Concession Card  
  • Centrelink Health Care Card  
  • Veterans’ Affairs Gold Card for All Conditions  
  • Veterans’ Affairs Gold Card War Widow/er or TPI  
  • Veterans’ Affairs Gold Card POW & EDA

You will need to show your eligible concession card to receive a home energy assessment and subsidy. *This question is required.
This program is only open to concession card holders living in the City of Yarra. 

If you do not have an eligible concession card, you can contact Solar Savers at www.solarsavers.org.au for free advice and a no-obligation quote for solar, or efficient electric heating and cooling or hot water systems.
