2024–25 Video Student Score Reports Quote Request

Thank you for your interest in the video Student Score Reports (VSSRs) for the 2024–25 test administration.

Use this form to request a quote for the VSSRs. Completing this form does not constitute an agreement. Based on the information provided, ETS will provide your local educational agency (LEA) with a quote. You will need to submit a purchase order to receive videos.

VSSRs are sold for either the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) (Smarter Balanced for English language arts/literacy [ELA] and mathematics), the Summative English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (ELPAC), or both.

The cost of the videos is $1.50 per student per assessment.

ETS will provide a quote based on the numbers you enter in this form. We recommend you add 10% to the number of students currently registered to test within the requested testing program. Note that ETS bills only for the VSSRs provided, not the amount listed on the purchase order.
