Background and guidelines
Funding through Rochester Community Access Flood Relief Fund is available for community members who were residents at the time of the October 2022 flood event and impacted by that event. Residents who are no longer living within postcode 3561 and nearby localities or have intent to leave the area are ineligible to apply.
Funding through Rochester Community Access Flood Relief Fund is available for community members' primary residence only. This includes people who are renting or are home owners. Community members cannot get funding for any properties that they rent or own but use as secondary residence (e.g., holiday homes).
As part of Round Two of Rochester Community Access Flood Relief Fund, community members can apply for up to $200 of financial support payments.

From the generosity of Community Bank Elmore Lockington & Rochester Bendigo bank applicants can receive a $150 bonus.
