2025-2026 Youth Leadership Council Application

Thank you for your interest in Make-A-Wish Wisconsin's Youth Leadership Council! The Youth Leadership Council is a hand-picked group of high school students across the state who will work to enhance the Make-A-Wish mission and our Kids for Wish Kids school fundraising program. As a member of the Youth Leadership Council, you will be required to attend at least six virtual meetings throughout the term (September 2025 - May 2026). All meetings will be held virtually on one Tuesday each month, from 5:30-6:30pm.

The application deadline is June 15th. No late applications will be accepted. Finalists will be contacted by the Make-A-Wish staff. Please use complete sentences with correct spelling and punctuation. Applicants will be selected on the quality of their application.

Please Note: A $30 membership fee is required to join the Youth Leadership Council and is due during the first meeting of the year.
