University of North Carolina School of Medicine 2025 Alumni Survey

Dear Alumnus/a,

The UNC School of Medicine works hard every day to identify high impact ways to engage you and keep you informed. We are in the process of planning for the future, and we need your help. Your opinions and feedback are an important part of our planning efforts. Please help us better understand what you expect of the UNC School of Medicine by completing this survey. Your input is critical to helping us meet your expectations.

We are grateful for your participation. We are listening and are committed to taking action based on the feedback you provide us. The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete.

For the purposes of this survey, please answer based on your affiliation to the UNC School of Medicine, rather than other degrees you may hold from UNC.

Participants may be entered into a drawing for a SOM prize pack, which includes an allotment to the UNC bookstore to purchase an item of apparel of your choice. You will be able to provide contact information at the conclusion of the survey if you wish to be included.

Wesley C. “Butch” Fowler, Jr., MD ‘66
Associate Dean, Medical Alumni Affairs
