Chatham County Public Health Department Jurisdictional Risk Assessment FY 2025

Chatham County Public Health Department is required to complete a Jurisdictional Risk Assessment(JRA) in accordance with the CDC Public Health Emergency Preparedness Guidance by January 31, 2025.  The JRA requires the health department to solicit input from community partners to  identify jurisdictional threats, measure risk, and identify public health impacts of identified threats and hazards.  This survey considers issues identified in the 2023 Region 6 Threat and Hazards Identification & Risk Assessment (THIRA).

The information you provide is crucial to our mission to prepare our community, especially our access and functional needs populations, for any emergency.

More than one person at your agency may receive this survey.  All responses are welcome!
