These webinars are intended for ACCESS for ELLs Test Coordinators who will organize the administration of the online and/or paper-based ACCESS for ELLs assessments for English learner (EL) students in grades K through 12. The webinars will cover the processes for ordering additional test materials, setting up testing schedules, creating test registrations and tickets, and monitoring test administrator certifications, as well as reviewing the features of and preparation for administering the ACCESS tests. Upon registration, participants will be required to select one webinar to attend.

December 4, 2024 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Returning Test Coordinators)
December 10, 2024 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (New Test Coordinators)
December 12, 2024 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (Returning Test Coordinators)
Webinars will be limited to 500 participants each. Log-in information will be emailed from Alchemer to the email address provided in the registration. If you cannot register for a session, please contact your District ACCESS for ELLs Test Coordinator. If additional sessions are needed, the District ACCESS for ELLs Test Coordinator should contact
access@mass.gov for assistance.
