EFSEC - understanding how you interact with the agency

Introduction

Help us learn what you need from the Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council (EFSEC) website
Thanks for agreeing to take our survey. Your feedback will help us understand what you need from the Washington Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council website (https://efsec.wa.gov/) and how we can improve it to best support your needs.

We recommend taking this survey on a computer for the best experience. The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. Your answers will not affect any services you might be receiving, will not be sold, and will only be shared with our partner Anthro-Tech, who is assisting us with the analysis.

At the end of the survey, you have the option to enter a drawing to win one of three $50 gift cards* to thank you for your time. NOTE: Government employees are encouraged to complete the survey but are not eligible to receive the incentive.

Please note this is not EFSEC’s public comment system; any comments submitted here will not be added to the intended project’s record. You can find information about how to make a public comment here: https://www.efsec.wa.gov/about-efsec/how-comment.

If you have any questions or have issues completing this survey, please email EFSECstudysupport@anthro-tech.com.

*No purchase necessary to enter the drawing. You must be 18 years old or older and a U.S. resident to enter. Government employees are NOT eligible to enter the drawing. Survey responses must be submitted before November 30, 2024 to qualify. Entrants will have the chance to win one of three $50 gift cards; gift cards cannot be substituted for cash. Entrants have approximately a 1 in 70 chance of winning a gift card and will be chosen at random; exact odds of winning may vary depending on the number of entries. Entrants will not be present at the drawing. Winners will be chosen and notified after November 30th. Winners’ names will not be published or publicized. Winners may be responsible for applicable state or federal taxes.
