PRIM&R Call for Session Proposals Submission Form

PRIM&R’s Call for Session Proposal Program is an opportunity to contribute ideas for topics and speakers for the 2025 PRIM&R Annual Conference (PRIMR25), which will take place on November 7-8, 2025, in Baltimore, Maryland, and the 2025 SBER Conference (SBER25), which will take place on November 6, in the same location.

If you have a session idea, review the submission guidelines first and then contribute by February 7, 2025. The guidelines provide detail on session types, proposal requirements, terms and conditions, and frequently asked questions. Once you start a submission, you cannot save it. Only completed submissions will be reviewed.

Terms and Conditions:

PRIM&R reserves the right to modify accepted proposals. Any changes will be discussed with the author.
PRIM&R often receives multiple proposals on the same topic and so, you may be asked to work with another proposal author on a single session. PRIM&R will discuss this with the proposal authors.
PRIM&R will make every effort to invite speakers listed on the proposal, but will recommend alternate speakers if there is a lack of diversity as outlined above.
Any speaker invited to teach will be responsible for paying a discounted speaker registration fee.
