The following supplemental materials are required within this form:
1) A professional summary limited to 200 words including information on the following:
a. Education
b. Association Experience related to the position you are seeking (Component, Constituent & National)
c. Professional Experience related to the position you are seeking (Private Practice, Education, Managed Care)
d. Related Experience to the position you are seeking (Liaison Activities, Legislative Activities, Fundraising)
2) A Word document limited to 200 words describing the skill sets that you possess and your readiness and understanding of the position that you seek.
You will have the option to Save & Continue your submission if you need to continue at a later time. Just look for the "Save & Continue" button at the top of the page and follow the instructions to complete it at a later date.
