2025 40 Under Forty Nominations

Celebrating young professionals who are shaping the future of our region

40 Under Forty recognizes 40 emerging business leaders under the age of 40 who are making a mark on their communities in the Boulder Valley and Northern Colorado through professional success and volunteer activities. BizWest seeks nominations for programs in both regions.

40 Under Forty nominee qualifications:

Must be 40 years of age or under by October 2025. Your birthdate must be October 1984 or later to be eligible.
Not have been a previous 40 Under Forty honoree.
Has achieved a leadership role at his or her firm.
Has had an impact on, as well as maintained leadership in, his or her organization.
Lives or works in at least one the following counties: Boulder, Broomfield, Larimer or Weld.
Significant achievements received in the community through professional recognition.
Works to help others through community service and charitable giving.

* Only one submission is needed per nominee to be considered. Nominees will be invited to submit complete documentation, including resume and essay questions supporting the nomination, to be considered by the selection committee.
