An invitation to participate in the All Student SurveyWhat is the All-Student Survey?
This survey seeks your views on a range of subject areas such as your course, your accommodation, how you travel to the University, whether you are working alongside studying, your first few weeks of term 1 2024/25 and Welcome Week. You will be asked to rate your agreement with statements and to rate your satisfaction with different aspects of your university experience. The survey will be sent to all undergraduate and postgraduate students at the University of Chester.
Do you have to participate?
No, the survey is entirely voluntary but we would really value your participation. We want to understand how things are for you here at the University of Chester so we can respond and make changes if needed.
Are there any consequences of not participating in the survey?
There are no consequences for not participating in the survey.
How long will it take to complete the survey?
We estimate the survey will take about 10 minutes to complete.
What will we do with your data?
Your responses are anonymised so we won’t know who has participated and your responses will collated into a report which will be available to senior staff at the University to enable us to highlight any areas for improvement. At the end of the survey, we will invite you to attend a focus group focussing on the findings of the survey - your contact details will only be used to send you details of the time and place for the focus group.
