Beta Theta Pi Fraternity is seeking qualified candidates to serve as a Director of Alumni Engagement. This position is responsible for:
  1. Creating and implementing programs and services aimed at developing lifelong brotherhood and fostering relationships between alumni.
  2. Cultivating and supporting alumni associations and alumni engagement efforts as determined by the Board of Trustees.
  3. Coordinating and launching a new online networking community, including a mentoring program for alumni to students and alumni to alumni. 
  4. Coordinating and supporting Alumni Appreciation Events throughout Beta’s Broad Domain.
