Food insecurity and fuel/gasoline support are available to all honorably discharged veterans and surviving spouses regardless of what era you served in, providing you meet the following eligibility requirements:

Applicants must provide a valid copy of DD214 showing ACTIVE DUTY with a discharge that is not dishonorable.
Applicants must meet income guidelines of 200% below poverty level.
Applicants must provide proof of all HOUSEHOLD income (2 MONTHS OF BANK STATEMENTS IS MANDATORY).
Applicant must be a resident of Allegan County for a minimum of 60 days.
