2025 YSU Community Engagement Symposium proposals

Thank you for your interest in the YSU Community Engagement Symposium on Tuesday, April 15, 2025. YSU students, local high school students, faculty, staff, and community partners should fill out the form below to be considered for a presentation role at the showcase. Presentations may take the following forms

Oral presentation: 10 minute presentation (with or without media) with additional time allotted for questions; combined with two other presentations for a 50 minute session
Poster presentation (electronic or printed): approximately one hour session
Interactive session (i.e. Sight for All United offering vision screenings): approximately one hour session

For your project to be considered for the showcase, please complete the form below by February 1. Your abstract should be no more than 250 words. A YSU staff member will notify you on the status of your proposal within two weeks of the deadline.
