Thank you for completing this survey! This survey’s purpose is to gain information from adults like parents or caregivers and professionals that are involved with youth who are expecting a child or having a child while in foster care.
This initiative is designed to address the unique challenges faced by this population, with the goal of reducing placement disruptions and enhancing permanent outcomes for foster youth. Results from this survey will be used to provide Fact Forward with better insight in developing a workshop for foster parents or caregivers that take care of expecting or parenting teens and ensure the program reflects the real experiences and realities of this population.
