The Bagley SkillsBridge program is dedicated to bridging the skills gap between retiring manufacturing employees and new, incoming talent. For a small investment,
companies will be able to access up to $17,500 in grants and reduce the risk posed to the business when a seasoned worker walks out the door.
The program is designed for maximum impact and learning within a maximum of 13 weeks, if a company already has an employee identified to take over the critical role of the retiring worker. This application includes questions related to current succession planning practices, challenges and obstacles, and commitment and engagement. A selection panel will review all applications and determine who will be accepted into the program.
The cost to participate in the Bagley SkillsBridge Program is $3,000 per company.
