First for Forum 2025 Nomination Form

Thank you for your interest in the First for Forum, an exclusive attendee program, by Petfood Forum!

You can use this form to nominate yourself or to nominate others.

Candidate qualifications:

Pet food manufacturing or private label/co-manufacturing professionals, brand experts, consultants and nutritionists will be considered
Must be a first-time attendee or have not attended since 2019

Executives may nominate no more than two (2) individuals from the respective organization, or self-nomination.

Nominations are due November 1, 2024.

Selected candidates agree to:
- Attend Petfood Forum 2025
- Become ambassadors for Petfood Forum 2025 and are encouraged to act as ambassadors for events beyond 2025.
- Participate in two short interviews, one by email and one onsite at Petfood Forum 2025, to be used on the Petfood Forum Events website, in email and social media channels before, during and after the event.
- Make two posts to their social media accounts about the program. The first time will be before February 28, 2025, and the second will be in early April 2025. Petfood Forum will provide graphics and suggested text for the posts.
Nominations must be submitted before November 1, 2024, 11:59 p.m. US Central time to be eligible.
Selected candidates will be notified of their selection on December 9, 2024, and must accept by January 6, 2025 or an alternate candidate will be selected.
Ambassadors will receive a Petfood Forum 2-Day and Petfood Essentials Combo Pass. Only valid for Petfood Forum 2025.
Ambassadors are responsible for their own travel and entertainment expenses.
Registration of selected candidates cannot be deferred to another year or transferred to any other individual.
Nominees will not be considered if they have already registered for Petfood Forum 2025. New registrations only, no refunds will be given.
Students, exhibitor, and sponsor personnel are not eligible.
Discount cannot be combined with any other Petfood Forum offers.
