Brief Site Experience Survey 2024

Dear  Site Colleague:  
 
Welcome to the Syneos Health® Site Experience Survey! 

At Syneos Health® we are committed to listen and learn from our site community and be a dedicated partner to reducing barriers to site success.  We would like to learn moreThis brief site experience will ask you up to 5 questions about your experience collaboration working with Syneos Health and CROs in general and will take no more than 5 mins to complete. 

Your feedback is completely anonymous. We would like to encourage you to share your concerns and challenges in full transparency. Your honest responses will help us focus our efforts to truly meet yours and your patients needs ánd collaborate better in future studies.

 
This tool is designed to be user-friendly. Below are some tips that will help you as you complete the survey. 
 
1. There are navigation buttons built into the survey, at the bottom of each page, to move you from page to page. Please DO NOT use the "Forward" or "Back" buttons in your internet browser, as unsaved responses may be lost. 
 
2. Use the tab key on your keyboard or your mouse to move between fields in the survey. Please DO NOT use the "Return/Enter" key on your keyboard; as this can cause the browser to inadvertently reload the questionnaire page and you could lose your data. 
 
3. Questions marked with an asterisk (*) are required and must be completed to continue to the next page. If left blank, a red error message will be shown asking you to complete the required questions. 
 
5. Your progress will be saved every time you move to the next page of the survey using the navigation button at the bottom of the page.   

6. For security, the survey will time-out after 20 minutes of inactivity and you may need to start it again.
