This research will assess their core priorities, focusing on technology, digital transformation, generative AI adoption, customer experience, and sustainability. 

Additionally, the analysis will explore critical aspects of global services, such as build vs. buy decisions, in-house vs. outsourcing strategies, onshore vs. offshore considerations, and the dynamics between long-term and short-term contracts.
