This survey generates links to another URL by adding three URL variables supplied by client. For example:

http://vct.isr.umich.edu/vct/logon.asp?l=V81594&p=AWZAQS&sample-id=61000&sequence=23

The Login/Password Action below uses the sequential merge code 0 (which generates a sequential number each time the survey is accessed) as the Password. The password file loaded into the Action uses this "password" to pre-populate three fields:

To restart the numbering, change the name of the counter to sequence 02, etc.

The file being imported has columns:

password (this is a sequential number)

p
sample-id

Note: The page creating the sequence number (this page) can't be auto-submitted, it must be submitted with a Javascript action.
