In order to complete this form successfully you must know the following details:
- Number of primary schools confirmed as taking part
- Name and email of contact at each primary school
- Number of pupils participating from each primary school
- Primary school post code
- Which Council Area participating schools are in
*Please liaise with representatives of your cluster/ learning community to ensure only
