Background
 
The Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) is offering stipends to support attendance at the Texas Federal Advocacy Conference, taking place February 2–3, 2026, in Washington, D.C. The stipend would cover the cost of conference registration only. Five enhanced stipends are also available. See the Enhanced Stipend Considerations section of this form. 
Application deadline is Nov. 24 at 11:59 p.m. The TASB Board of Directors will approve stipend recipients on Dec. 8.

Enhanced Stipend Consideration (Word limit: 250 words)

Five enhanced stipends valued up to $1,500 are available to ensure school boards with significant financial need have an avenue to attend the conference. Applicants seeking consideration for the enhanced stipend must complete Item #4.
