CACFP 101 Training Registration Form

Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) Operators may complete this form to register for the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) CACFP in-person training: CACFP 101. The training will be hosted from 9 a.m.– 4 p.m. at the California Endowment (1414 K Street, Suite 100, Sacramento, CA 95814), May 14 and 15, 2025.

Note:

Registration is limited to two staff per institution. Please complete a separate registration form for each staff member.
If the training is full, please complete this survey to be added to the waitlist, and we will notify you if space becomes available.
