Join our Learning Collaborative to re-imagine your health center’s human resources processes and improve workforce well-being. While being guided by expert facilitators and supported by health center peers, you will learn strategies to drive organizational change, build an inclusive and diverse culture, and promote work life balance through equitable policies and procedures. Participants will create a re-imagination project work plan by the end of the series to put what you learned into practice.
Date/Time: November 19, 2024 - March 11, 2025. Every other Tuesday (9 Sessions) from 2:00-3:00 p.m. ET
Main Audience: HRSA supported health center staff
All health center staff are eligible to apply. However, priority will be given to:
- Leaders responsible for workforce well-being initiatives
- HR, recruitment/onboarding, and middle management staff
- Participants who have stated a high level of commitment to implementing a workforce well-being initiative
Participants will engage in nine 60-minute sessions every other week, with availability of one-on-one TA upon request. Between sessions 4-6, participants will be requested to complete a re-imagination project work plan between sessions.
By the end of this Learning Collaborative, participants will be able to:
- Describe how to apply leadership principles and mentorship techniques to support organizational culture change.
- Develop a re-imagination project work plan that supports managers to build a culture that is diverse, equitable and inclusive.
- Use the HRSA Health Center Workforce Well-being Survey or other survey tools to understand and prioritize employee feedback and to motivate and engage staff.
- Develop equitable policies and procedures that promote work life balance and encourage employee growth and retention.
