Cancellation: I understand that I am subject to the following Cancellation Policy for this Global Adventure: ► On February 15, 2025, if the roster is less than 4 people, including the Trip Leader, this trip will be cancelled by The Mountaineers. Those already on the roster will receive a full refund without penalties or administrative fee. ► If I, myself, cancel before February 15, 2025 and the roster does not include the minimum number of 4 people, the refunded amount will include deduction for reservation-holding fees, if any, which may be charged by the vehicle rental agency, any of the Day 2-10 accommodations (price included in trip cost) or any of the Day 0-1, 11-13 accommodations where reservations were held for my benefit (room cost not included in trip cost). ► If I, myself, cancel on or after February 16, 2025 my refund, if any, will depend on whether my space on the roster can be filled by someone on the waiting list. If filled by someone on the waiting list, The Mountaineers $100 administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. ► If I cancel on 02/16/25 or after and my place can not be filled by someone else, I will forfeit my entire payment of $3,500 plus any price adjustments that were announced during the time I was on the roster. See “Trip Price” section 16, above. ► As stated in item 5(3) above, if I'm unable to cooperate in a timely manner with Trip Leader to reserve the hotel rooms held for my benefit in St. John's, Newfoundland (Days 0-1 and Days 11-13) in my own name and credit card, I will be removed from the roster and will be subject to the cancellation terms in this section. ► Except if The Mountaineers cancels the trip, in all cases, there is a $100 Mountaineers administration fee.
